About Me

My photo
Miranda Pearl Hobson
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
I have been studying the art of photography at Ryerson University in Toronto for the past 7 years. I made the leap to digital 5 years ago, and I haven't looked back. I LOVE IT! I graduated last spring with a certificate in Photography Studies. I plan to keep up with my studies through various workshops, and art courses. I believe it is important for my continuous growth as a photographer, and a person. Thank you for visiting my blog, and taking the time to read this.

Testimonials

Thanks Miranda. I was so busy and stressed while I was pregnant, I never really took the time to take any pictures, or for that matter to enjoy what it looked like to be pregnant. Having you come to my house and document such a unique time in my life was a beautiful experience. I wasn't glamorous, but I was at the beginning of one of life's ultimate adventures and I think you captured that. I'm looking forward to having you take pictures of my new family!

Take care,
Anjali

“Miranda has a natural, down-to-earth style that encouraged us to tell our own unique, visual story.  Through the lens of her camera, she was able to connect with our family, capturing our personal memories as timeless artistic images.  The distinct, non-traditional results left us with only one problem – too many wonderful images to choose from!”
